HOA Dues are due on October 1st each year and are considered late on November 1st. Annual dues payments are no longer made via the website. Payments can be made by dropping payments off in the secured drop box at the clubhouse, by mail, or by paying electronically straight from the e-invoice that is emailed to homeowners in September. 

 

AS OF NOVEMBER 1, A $10/DAY LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Payments that are over 90 days late are subject to a lien being filed against the property.
